Pastors - Lording it Over the Sheep:
3 June 2006 (particularbaptist.com)The current question is, 'what do you think of the way pastors relate to the flocks over which they have been made the under-shepherd? What has been your experience? Have you come across any who seem to have an inflated view of themselves, and have seen this demonstrated by their behavior?'

Reformed Pragmatists:
15 May 2003 (particularbaptist.com)Do you believe there is an increasing movement in Reformed circles toward pragmatic solutions to the church's problems? Please give some comments relating to your answer.
Uniting Church in Australia:
22 July 2003 (particularbaptist.com)The latest question to be posted by the Aussie Outpost for discussion in our forum is, 'Has the Uniting Church of Australia responded Biblically by voting to allow homosexual ministers? With this in mind should the Anglican (Church of England) Church allow talks on a merger between the two denominations to continue? While on this subject, what do you think of the Anglican debate on homosexual and women ministers?'
Baptist's Calvinists, Huh?
12 October 2004 (Brian Thomas - brianscottthomas@yahoo.com)What is this mess I've been hearing the last several years. That baptists have historically been Calvinistic. Baptists have always believed in universal atonement and falling from grace. I would appreciate any help and/or understanding you might be able to give.I have heard something about the London Baptist Confession of Faith of 1689. That is basically the Presbyterian Westminister confession of Faith, except for a few minor changes. Maybe you baptists are trying to "adopt" Calvinism from the Presbyterians.
