Welcome to the all new 'Perambulate Newsletter.' It has been quite a number of years since this newsletter was published and back then (2002) only three were ever completed and published. With my returning health and renewed interest in the World Wide Web and all it has to offer it was now time to have a fresh start at the 'Perambulate Newsletter.' Still, I'm not rushing into this - taking my time, ensuring I have a reasonable (if not excellent) product to distribute that will actually be worthwhile to subscribers to it. This includes a complete re-work of the 'Perambulate' section of the site.

INTRODUCTION
Why is this newsletter called the all new 'Perambulate' newsletter? Does this word reveal something about the purpose of the newsletter? The answer to these questions is that the word 'perambulate' used in the title of the newsletter does indeed reveal the purpose of the newsletter.
Perambulate is a word that means to walk or traverse through, about or over in order to inspect and investigate. When used in connection with this particular newsletter, it is used to describe its purpose and/or function, which is to travel through the World Wide Web via the Internet inspecting and investigating web sites. It will give you the reader, an opportunity to discover web sites that you may not have known existed and therefore to put literally at your fingertips a whole range of resources you would otherwise have known nothing about.
Yet that is not the entire picture, for we will be doing this 'travelling' from a reformed viewpoint, searching out and investigating sites that will be useful to us as reformed believers. The sites we will be investigating will be solid reformed sites that provide visitors with solid reformed articles, books, magazines, newsletter and resources. But we will also be looking for sites that provide reformed believers with the tools to create their own Blogs, web sites and profitable online experience.
