Since the beginning of the Aussie Outpost site we have gone from being the Northlake's Reformed Baptist Church (NRBC) to the Australian Reformed Baptist Outpost (Aussie Outpost). During this time the 'Site of the Reformer' has been somewhat neglected. However, this is now about to change with the re-introduction of 'The Reformer' magazine.
The Aussie Outpost is keen to see the reformation of the church. From my viewpoint the Reformed Baptist movement appears to be becoming increasingly complacent and becoming just another denomination. This I know is not true of all churches and I do not wish to place all churches into this same category. Still, the truth remains that we need to again examine the Scriptures and cast off those things that we have added to the church and Christian practice, things not sanctioned by the Word itself.

INTRODUCTION:
You will find here various links to works of interest regarding the reformation of the church. These are included here as a stimulus for the work of reformation in our own day. Please read these various articles, books, sermons and other works as an aid to this most important work. Of course, these must be used in a way that is consistent with total reliance upon the Holy Spirit.
The need for reformation today cannot be understated. Yes, we long for revival, but the Lord does expect us to continue to be faithful to Him even during these times of seeming leanness in the true church. Biblical reformation can begin with one person, for it must begin somewhere. By God's grace, a person seeking to reform his own life and his area of service to the Lord, may very well become that which God will use to further the cause of Biblical reformation in our day.

'The Reformer' magazine (ezine) is committed to the reformation of the church and this is therefore the main focus of this particular ezine/magazine. The old 'NRBC Reformer' magazines will be removed from the site and be replaced with the new 'The Reformer' ezine/magazine.
